Recreational Classes
Toddler Stars - This co-ed 45 minute class is for ages 18 months to 3 years old. The class is designed to teach gymnastics fundamentals along with basic and fine motor skills, sensory activities, cooperation, problem solving, and social skills. Parent participation is required.
Tiny Stars (3-4 yrs) - This co-ed 45 minute class is designed to teach gymnastics fundamentals on floor, bars, beam, vault and trampoline. Activities improve basic and fine motor skills, sensory perception, cooperation, problem solving, and social skills.
New Stars (5-7 yrs) & Shining Stars (8+) - The 1 hour girls beginner classes are designed to teach gymnastics fundamentals on floor, bars, beam, vault and trampoline. Classes incorporate stretching, conditioning, and USA Gymnastics skills level 1-2. Activities improve basic and fine motor skills, sensory perception, cooperation, problem solving, and social skills.
Boys Beginners (5+ yrs) - The 1 hour boys beginner classes are designed to teach gymnastics fundamentals on floor, high bar, parallel bar, vault, mushroom, rings and trampoline. Classes incorporate stretching, conditioning, and USA Gymnastics skills level 1-2. Activities improve basic and fine motor skills, sensory perception, cooperation, problem solving, and social skills.
Rising Stars (6+ yrs) - This hour and a half girls intermediate class is designed to teach USAG level 2-3 skills on floor, bars, beam, vault and trampoline, and also incorporates stretching and conditioning. Gymnasts must pass an evaluation in order to enter this class.
Boys Intermediate (8+ yrs) - This hour and a half boys intermediate class is designed to teach USAG level 2-3 skills on floor, high bar, parallel bar, vault, mushroom, pommel horse, rings and trampoline, and also incorporates stretching and conditioning. Gymnasts must pass an evaluation in order to enter this class.
Super Stars (8+ yrs) & Boys Advanced (8+ yrs) - These advanced classes are for gymnasts learning level 3 and beyond for their respective events. Classes are 2 hours long and by invitation only.
Competitive Teams
Men's Team - Our men's developmental team includes USA gymnastics competitive levels 3-10 and the non-competitive preteam level. Our men's team is by invitation only.
Women's Team - Our women's Xcel team includes USA gymnastics competitive levels Bronze and Silver and the non-competitive preteam level. Our women's team is by invitation only.
